Wedding is a once in a lifetime event and its memory will last forever. Not just for the bride and groom, but also all the guests who invited as the witness on this extraordinary occasion. Bali, as we always mention repeatedly, offers numerous venue selections. From the lush tropical garden, a white sparkling sandy beach, an unbeatable chapel’s architecture and even grand pillarless ballrooms are for you to choose.

Ann and Sven’s wedding is a tropical wedding at its best. It took place at Amita Villa, a private villa located in Bali. Its breathtaking architecture is a sight to see and I especially love all the unique places to take pictures.  Having so many beautiful spots in walking distance, gave us variety as well as saved us so much time!  You can’t go wrong with an overcast day and beautiful scenery!

After a romantic wedding ceremony, they walked along the beach, the streets and even met some Balinese cows. This celebration then started with a dinner, Sven gave some thank you speech for all closest relatives and pals who willing to travel to Bali to celebrate this joyous moment. Not forget to mention, a romantic dance of two in the evening. Also, the way both of them looked at each other every single time. Such a romantic and beautiful moment to capture.

As a photographer, being part of one’s wedding means a lot. I could see a pure joy and heartfelt appreciation throughout the day. Ann and Sven were an absolute joy to work with. Their easy-going, cheerful and warm personality are shown on the pictures that we captured. Their friendship and their love run deep. We wish you an incredible honeymoon and an amazing marriage and wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness.

If you look at my blog, most of weddings that I shared here took place at a stunning venue overlooking the ocean, Alila Uluwatu. This jaw-dropping villa is beautiful and not forgets to mention how lovely the staffs are. Thus, I happily share one more wedding that held there. The lifetime celebration of this lovely couple Rhett & Cassie. Rhett firstly jotted down an email to me on early year. He stumbled upon my Instagram and keen on having me to be part of their big day. Few emails later, he confirmed and explained to me that their wedding will take place at Alila Uluwatu. Just like a child who gets a new toy, I was very excited and eager to capture wedding at this lovely venue. And just like what I believed, their wedding is intimate, full of laughter and romantic. I never get bored with white wedding, as this classic choice is truly remarkable one. Hope you find some inspirations here and thank you for stopping by!

As I woke up by the warm shine of the sun, the day of Joyce & Zhang had finally come. I realized I had to make it second to none. As you can see, the ear to ear smile during the wedding day was definitely not to be missed. Started with the fetching bride game which was hilarious, then the heartwarming tea ceremony, I really enjoy being part of their big awaited day! They both met for the first time in Netherland and tied the knot in Bali, which undoubtedly well known as the wedding destination. And of course, their guests had a great time, laid back and celebrate the union of two lovely people, Joyce & Zhang.

 

There’s something about a wedding in eastern part of Bali. The black sand beach, the coconut trees, the serenity and the classic Balinese ambience offered a wedding which was unlike others. Molly & Chip’s intimate wedding was filled with family, warmth and emotion. The ceremony took place on a lush green lawn, overlooking the ocean and naturally framed by surrounding tropical trees. Soon, Molly & Chip shared their happiness and wandered along the seashore then continued with a dinner reception, dance and fireworks! We were wowed all over again by the nature of this couple, so lovingly photogenic, and there was just so much to capture from a wedding which was heavenly to witness and impossible to forget. Thank you Molly & Chip, congratulations and who would have thought that this day would come?

Nicole refers to Nicholas as her best friend, who cheers her on, wipes her tears and the one who remains on the dance floor until the last song. The wedding ceremony began right at afternoon, just as the threat of rain seemed to lift. The vows were uttered in front of their celebrant- best friend in the presence of beautiful picturesque ocean view. Their wedding was relaxed and full of ear-to- ear smile, while everyone enjoyed the togetherness until the end. Not forget to mention that the couple’s photo session later in the day went just as smoothly as the rest of the event. I love Nicole and Nicholas’s appreciation and enthusiasm for photography, they were fantastic to work with!

Happy new year good people! What a year 2017 has been! Wonderful weddings, beautiful couple, hundreds of first kiss and first dance shots, numerous eye-catching bouquets and the priceless emotions evoked from every weddings I captured last year.

As a hello to 2018, I would like to share this heartwarming wedding of Benjamin and Maria at Hilton Nusa Dua, Bali. They came from Germany and eloped to Bali for their once in a lifetime celebration. The presence of family and friends, and also their adorable son who once the star of  Mami Poko diapers  commercial were truly made the day!

Their wedding day was so blessed with such a clear blue sky and warm sun. I met Benjamin & Maria for the first time on the wedding day. They are beautiful, inside and out. Their wedding was very special indeed. Here, I shared some of my favorites to brighten up your day and as inspirations for brides or grooms to be out there. Ciao!

Eventually, the day of Jessica and Shane’s wedding had finally come.  I knew I had to capture the moment and make it second to none. Their once in a lifetime event took place at Pemutih Villa, a stunning tropical garden on the cliff edge overlooking the blue azure Indian Ocean.

Jessica was truly blessed as her bridesmaids’ stands by her to encourage her to have perfect looks. Her presence and attire were definitely one to remember. From the captured images, we could see how Jessica and her bridesmaid had wonderful time together. The groom was also getting ready to reveal his good looks for his beautiful bride. Shane’s groomsmen were full of laughter and enjoyed the beers a lot. These moments would be happy memories in future that they would cherish most.

On the ceremony, Jessica and Shane’s happiness and love evoked naturally when they tied the knot, vowed to each other and sealed it with a kiss! And the celebration did not cease here. It continued with dinner reception, fire dance and bouquet toss, and honestly there is nothing more beautiful than the genuine emotions that speak to the heart.

Cynthia and Justin are from Shanghai, live in the state and elope to Bali for their wedding. Starting from an email on April sent by Cynthia, she loved my works as seen on this blog and interested in having me on her big day. As this laid back couple was such a fun to work with, their wedding was also relaxed, fun and intimate as they are. Whether your wedding is traditional, modern, or whimsical, a white wedding theme is never goes out of style. The adorable lush green and white flower arch, the simple yet stunning white orchid bouquets and an elegant crowd pleaser; 6 (yes, right..six) tiers white wedding cake and cute cupcakes on the table were so carefully planned by Cynthia to present delight on her wedding. Their wedding is incredibly romantic and adventurous at the same time! Thomas and Danielle’s elopement to Bali is one to remember.  They fly from the states for this big day. Their ceremony commences on afternoon, take place at an outdoor  overlooking the ocean. Soon, the priest conducts the exchanging vows and announces them as husband and wife.  Sparkled with joy, later  we stroll around the resort and capture their togetherness and this is so wonderful yet fun. They glow with happiness and love naturally. To be honest, what a joy to be part of their romantic, intimate and meaningful wedding! This kind of privilege is one that makes me more passionate on my job, as the one who capture lifetime moment of beautiful human being.

Apparently, blue is their favourit hue! From the bouquet, flowers, bridesmaid dresses even the array of cupcakes; all has blue shades on it. This theme is match perfectly to the wedding ceremony venue which overlook the ocean and it instantly makes the island wedding at its best!

Not forget to mention that their flower girl is the sweetest among the guests and stole all the hearts. The bridesmaids are so much fun and they even strike a pose under the bride’s dress. A definitely pose to remember! Ended with a must-watch fire dance  performance, this celebration aimed to make all guests happy and remember this day forever.
