Gwen & Vernon | Conrad
After dating, Gwen & Vernon decided to take the plunge and elope to Bali for their once in a lifetime day, wedding! They both were such pleasure to work with, laid back and thoughtful.
But I think what makes this wedding so special are the before moment. The skype dates with Gwen & Vernon, months before their elopement. We planned together and it was so honored to know that they trusted and included us in the process of one of most important days in their life.
By far, Vernon’s priceless expression on “first look” was one of my favorite! There were endless laughs, cocktail flowing and dancing till the wee hours. You can see how heartwarming and joyful the celebration was and I really hope you find some inspirations here 🙂
Adam & Ria ǀ Ametis Villa
I don’t even know where to start with this wedding and these two. Let’s start with why they eloped to Bali for their big day. Adam and Ria always love Bali. Bali is their second home, where they spend annual vacation and no questions asked that eventually their intimate wedding occurred in the island of Gods.
It was such a special day and I’ve adored these two so much. They are definitely in love and such sweet couple ever. I am so grateful for being a wedding photographer which I can be a witness of true love in every wedding taken. Anyways, kudos to Ametis Villa team who planned their day and it was perfect from beginning to the end.
Glen & Mez | Karma Kandara
I knew the second I met Glen and Mez, they are a special couple and that their wedding day was going to be amazing! It’s impossible to not laugh when they are around; they truly lights up every room they’re in. You can see from the pictures taken, they really enjoying each other’s company. With such amazing nature backdrop and venue, their wedding is truly one of the kind. I can honestly say that this was a really happy occasional and so enjoyable to photograph, thank you Glen and Mez and I hope your marriage continues to be full of fun, with you two, I’m sure it will be, congratulations and best wishes.
Corry & Brad | The Samaya
Everyone’s dream wedding is different. Throw a party with closest families or just the couple with no attendees? Whether you’d love a romantic beach wedding or a riverside wedding, it is all about sharing your love. Corrie & Brad decided to elope to Bali and commence a new life together as husband and wife at Ubud. Just two of them! After the ceremony, which is held at Ayung River, surrounded by luscious vegetations, then the celebration continued with a romantic dinner, ignited with hundreds of candles. These are some of my favourites of Corrie & Brad, the laid back couple who celebrate their best and surreal moment privately.
Thea & Yosy | Pre Wedding
Pre-wedding portrait sessions are really worthwhile in a number of ways, but most significantly it gives the couple a chance to see that making natural, timeless portraits can be a lot of fun. Further, confidence in couples is greatly enhanced before a wedding day and trusts me, it can reduce the stress too!
Thea and Yosy are together since June 2012 and after a proposal in the car, they decided to elope to Bali for both engagement photo session and wedding! Strong bond between them are so crystal clear and you can see how warm they are being together. Thea said that having Yosy by her side who embrace her as she is not just makes her blissful, but also inspire them to be a better person. As the big day approaches, I am getting more excited by the minute.
Ingrid & Pierre | Khayangan Estate
After long time no blogging, here I happily present the wedding of the lovely two, Ingrid & Pierre. I thoroughly enjoyed their wedding; it was an effortlessly beautiful lifetime celebration. I am falling for the sweet emotion evoked from these frames.
Philadelphia was the city where they met for first time. On a dinner, Pierre was fascinated by the beautiful and smart Ingrid. After few years, Pierre finally asked his other half to get married, during hiking on mountain at Taiwan. Among numerous wedding destinations, they eloped to Bali and tied the knot on a cliff overlooking the ocean.
I hope you find some inspirations here, like me who always fascinated by how two persons were destined to be together.
Emma & Scott | Samabe
With just a witness in a tow, Emma and Scott decided to exchange the vows on a scenic, private beach of Samabe resort. Their intimate wedding was filled with such a warm weather, beautiful flowers and beautiful words. I was truly inspired by the sweetness and simplicity of their elopement. After the exchange, stroll, discover the stunning landscape then I captured their togetherness under the warm lights on a private cave (who would’ve thought cave can be such a romantic spot?) From the pictures taken, I can tell how grateful Emma and Scott, to meet and spend the rest of their life together as one. Overall, I cannot thank you enough to them for letting me be the one to capture one of the happiest days in their life.
Alicia & Kaine| The Seminyak
Last week, I got privilege to capture an intimate wedding of two, Alicia and Kaine. Both of them tied the knot in Seminyak, Bali where its romantic ambience and wedding venues are incomparable to others. Alicia is Canadian and she met the love of her life, Kaine, in Australia. He proposed Alicia on 10 June 2015 then a year later, on 20 June 2016, I took their togetherness and warm moments of the wedding. Both of them come from big family, therefore an intimate wedding was a perfect choice while the celebrations will be held in two different places, Canada and Australia, soon.
Thanks a lot Alicia & Kaine, I do feel excited to be part of your special day!
Mufti & Dhea Pre Wedding
Mufti & Dhea were coming from Aceh and decided to elope to Bali. Dhea is a doctor in Aceh, while Mufti works in bank. They met in 2004, a week after the devastating tsunami. No one thought a natural disaster always had a silver lining and it happened to them. After the ups and downs on a relationship, finally they decided to capture their togetherness here. Hope you find some inspirations here.
